Description
Taught by a nationally certified cancer yoga teacher and assisted by an OHSU oncology nurse and physical therapist. Come join other women in a supportive environment designed to nourish you. We will engage in gentle stretching, strength building, breathing exercises, deep relaxation with guided imagery, and some aspects of meditation.
